Our company is a partner in the project titled “Installation of photovoltaic cells and heat pumps in Skórcz to reduce CO₂ emissions and increase energy production from renewable sources – Phase II of the Energy Island,” which received funding from the European Union under the Regional Operational Program for the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014–2020 (Priority Axis 10. Energy; Sub-measure 10.3.1. Renewable energy sources – grant support).

About the project:

The aim of the project is to improve air quality in Skórcz and the Starogard County by increasing the use of energy from renewable sources generated through distributed generation. The project is being implemented in Skórcz, which suffers from high levels of air pollution caused by carbon dioxide and PM10 particulate matter.  As a result of the project, the additional capacity for generating energy from renewable sources will amount to 0.74 MW. The environmental benefit will amount to 571.17 metric tons of CO2 equivalent per year and 1.848 metric tons of PM10 particulate matter per year.
